Troubleshooting
Leak in my mattress
We are sorry to hear you've encountered this issue! Most minor punctures can be easily resolved using the specialized repair patch included inside your original packaging.
How to repair:
1. Ensure the area is clean and completely dry. 2. Deflate the mattress. 3. Peel the backing off the repair patch and press it firmly over the leak. 4. Smooth out any air bubbles and allow it to sit for at least 1–2 hours before re-inflating.
How do I find the leak in my mattress?
If you suspect a leak, don’t worry—most pinhole leaks can be found with this simple "Bubble Test":
- Inflate: Fully inflate the mattress to build up pressure.
- Soapy Water: Mix a small amount of dish soap with water in a spray bottle or sponge.
- Inspect: Gently spray or wipe the soapy solution over the surface of the mattress (focusing on seams and the valve area).
- Look for Bubbles: Where there is a leak, you will see small bubbles forming as air escapes.
- Mark: Once you find the spot, circle it with a marker or piece of tape, then wipe the area clean and let it dry completely before repairing.
I can’t find the repair patch. Can I use something else?
If the original patch is missing, you can easily use a high-quality vinyl repair kit or a waterproof PVC patch, which can be found at most local hardware or camping supply stores. Please avoid using standard household tape, as it will not provide an airtight seal under pressure.
