Heated Jacket/Vest

Not heating up

Make sure the Battery is fully charged

The "Deep Plug": Make sure the power(DC) cable inside the pocket is pushed ALL the way into the battery port. If it’s even 1mm loose, it won't work.

The "Long Press": You can't just click it. You must Press and Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until the light flashes.

Battery not charge(stuck at 1/2 light or won't fully charge)

Most charging issues are caused by the wall plug or the cable, not the battery itself. Please follow these simple "Rule of Three" steps to fix it:

Step 1: Check your Wall Plug (The "Power" Test)

The Problem: Not all USB plugs are the same. If you are using an old iPhone cube or a computer USB port, they are too "weak" to push power into this high-capacity battery.

The Fix: Look at the tiny text on your wall charger. It must say 5V/2.0A or 5V/2.1A. If it says 1.0A, it will not charge. Please switch to a stronger iPad or Tablet wall charger.

Step 2: Swap the Cable (The "Connection" Test)

The Problem: USB cables can look fine on the outside but have broken wires on the inside.

The Fix: Use a different USB cable that you know works with your phone. Plug it firmly into the battery and wait for 2 hours.

Step 3: The "Deep Reset" (The "Wake Up" Test)

The Problem: Sometimes the battery "goes to sleep" if it's new or hasn't been used in a while.

The Fix: Plug the battery into a strong wall charger and leave it alone for 8 to 10 hours straight (overnight). Do not unplug it to check it. Often, the lights will suddenly jump to full after a long "Deep Charge."

Step 4: Check the Temperature

The Problem: If the battery is freezing cold (from being outside) or too hot, it will refuse to charge for safety reasons.

The Fix: Bring the battery inside, put it on a wooden table at room temperature, and let it sit for 1 hour before plugging it in.

If the issue persists, please send us a video and contact us.

Product Maintenance & Care

How do I clean heated jacket/Vest?

Because your jacket contains integrated heating elements, proper care is essential to ensure long-term performance. Please follow these steps:

  • Important: Remove the Battery: Before cleaning, you must disconnect and remove the battery from the pocket.
  • Secure the Cable: Place the power cable back into the battery pocket and ensure the zipper is fully closed to protect the connector.

Washing Method:

  • Hand Wash (Recommended): Use cold water with a mild detergent. Gently hand-wash the jacket, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Machine Wash (If permitted by your model): Use a mesh laundry bag to protect the heating elements from snagging. Set the machine to a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Drying: Do not wring or twist the jacket, as this may damage the internal wiring. Lay the jacket flat or hang it to air dry naturally. Do not use a tumble dryer or iron.
Can I use a tumble dryer or iron for my heated jacket/Vest?

No. Please do not use a tumble dryer, iron, or any high-heat drying method. High heat can melt the internal insulation, damage the heating wires, and cause the jacket to malfunction. Always let the jacket air dry.

What should I do if the battery pocket gets wet?

While the jacket is designed for outdoor use, you should minimize water exposure to the battery connection port. If the pocket or the port gets wet, wipe it dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Ensure the port is 100% dry before reinserting the battery to prevent short circuits.

My charging cable of gloves is broken/lost. What specifications should I look for to buy a replacement?

A: If you need to purchase a replacement cable, please match the following specifications to ensure it works correctly with your gloves:

  • Connector Type: DC 3.5*1.35MM
  • Voltage/Current: The cable must support 8.4V output.

⚠️ Important Notice: * Visual Check: Please carefully compare the shape and size of your original plug with the product images online before purchasing.

  • Quality Matters: Please use a high-quality charging cable. Low-quality or incompatible cables may fail to charge the battery or could potentially damage the battery's internal circuitry.
