About Assembly

The Frame (Part C) do not fit into the Steel T-Connector(Part D).

Our trampolines are built with heavy-duty, reinforced steel for maximum stability, the fit is designed to be extremely tight. Sometimes, the metal ends need a little "encouragement" to join together perfectly.

Here is the fool-proof way to connect them:

The "Hammer Adjustment": If the Frame Tube won't fit inside the T-Connector, grab a hammer. Lightly tap around the very edge of the Frame Tube to slightly compress the diameter (making it a tiny bit smaller).

Drive it In: Once the tip of the tube is inside the T-Connector, use your hammer to firmly tap the tube until it is fully seated.

Pro Tip: To protect the rust-proof coating, place a piece of scrap wood or a thick rag between the hammer and the metal frame while you tap.

The Frame cover (Part A) too short to fully cover.

Please try to stretch the frame cover slightly while installing it — in most cases, it may seem too short at first but will fit once you pull and adjust it evenly around the trampoline frame.

About Quality

The poles and jumping mat feel greasy
  • Rust and Moisture Protection: Many trampolines come with a thin layer of rust-preventive oil applied to their metal poles at the factory (especially those shipped by sea). This is normal; simply wipe it off with a dry cloth after installation, or it will naturally evaporate or diminish after a few days of use.
  • “Oily Feel” of Black Jumping Mats: Jumping mats (made of PP or PE) may have a layer of release agent or protective coating applied during production and storage, which makes them feel slippery to the touch. This is not actual grease, typically does not stain clothing, and will disappear after use.
  • Storage Duration: When sealed in packaging for an extended period, these protective oils do not evaporate, so the sensation is more noticeable immediately after opening the package.
The light string remote control isn't working

The string lights come with a central control box, and customers can change the lighting effects using the small black button on it. This achieves the same effect.

About Usage&Safety

Is it safe for my child to use the trampoline alone?

We strongly recommend adult supervision at all times. To ensure safety, we advise the "one-at-a-time" rule—having multiple jumpers simultaneously significantly increases the risk of collisions and injuries.

Can the trampoline be used in windy or snowy weather?

No. We highly recommend using a trampoline anchor kit to secure it to the ground. In cases of high winds or storms, please disassemble the net and mat or move the trampoline to a safe area. Do not leave the trampoline outdoors under heavy snow, as the weight can damage the springs and frame.

The frame seems wobbly. Is this normal?

A slight amount of movement is normal for trampoline frames. However, ensure that all bolts are tightened securely and the ground is completely flat and level. If the frame is wobbly, check that all leg extensions are properly locked into place.

How often should I inspect the trampoline?

Safety is our priority. We recommend a full inspection before every jumping session. Check for:

  • Springs: Ensure none are stretched, missing, or broken.
  • Safety Net: Check for any tears or loose attachments.
  • Frame & Legs: Ensure no rust and that all connections are tight.
  • Padding: Ensure the spring pad is securely covering all metal parts.
The jumping mat is fading or tearing. Do I need to replace it?

Yes, the jumping mat is essential for preventing contact with the metal springs. If it becomes torn or damaged, it no longer provides adequate protection. Please contact us for replacement parts.

Why is the safety net sagging or pulling away from the poles?

A: This is usually because the net was not installed with the correct tension or the jumping mat has stretched slightly over time. Try readjusting the straps or re-hooking the net.

I heard a creaking noise when jumping. Should I be worried?

Creaking is often caused by friction between the metal frame joints. You can apply a small amount of non-corrosive lubricant to the joints. However, please ensure all bolts are still tightened and there are no visible cracks in the frame.
