FAQ - Inflatable Pool

Maximum Water Level Guidelines
Maximum Capacity: The maximum water volume for this pool is 312 gallons.
Recommended Water Depth: For safety and structural stability, we recommend filling the pool up to about 15–16 inches deep (roughly 70% to 80% of the total 22-inch height). This leaves a safe boundary at the top and prevents water from overflowing when people enter the pool.
Why the Sidewalls May Push Out
Filling the pool to a depth of 1 foot (12 inches) is completely safe and well within the normal operating range. It is entirely normal for the PVC sidewalls to bow or push outward slightly under the weight of the water.
To ensure the walls stay as sturdy and upright as possible, please check the following:
Air Pressure: Make sure all 3 individual air chambers are fully and firmly inflated. If the middle or bottom rings are slightly under-inflated, the weight of the water will push the walls outward more noticeably.
Level Ground: Ensure the pool is placed on completely flat, level ground. An uneven surface will cause water weight to shift to one side, forcing that specific wall to push out further.
Your pool is made of heavy-duty, 0.6mm thick PVC designed to handle this exact water pressure, so as long as it is fully inflated on flat ground, you are perfectly good to go!
