To pair your remote control with the lamp, please follow these steps:

• Power on: Turn on the power switch for the lamp and ensure the light is on.
• Activate Pairing Mode: Press and hold the "Bulb Icon 1" button at the bottom of the remote control.
• Wait for Confirmation: The light will begin to flash intermittently. Once the flashing stops and the light transitions to steady illumination, the pairing is complete.

The remote control and floor switch allows you to operate the different light features independently:

• Main Light: Controlled by the "Bulb Icon 1" button.
• Candle Light: Controlled by the "Bulb Icon 2" button.

You do not need to turn on a separate heating function. The candle light is designed to heat up automatically as soon as it is activated.

You can customize your lighting experience using the remaining buttons on the remote:

• Brightness: Use the brightness adjustment buttons to increase or decrease the light intensity.
• Color Temperature: Use the central button located at the bottom of the remote to toggle through different color temperature settings.

The TL10 lamp operates on a DC 12V low-voltage system via its included power adapter. To ensure optimal performance and seamless dimming, please use a replacement bulb that strictly meets the following specifications:

• Voltage: DC 12V (Crucial: Do NOT use standard 110V/120V or 220V AC household bulbs)
• Base Type: E26 / E27 (Standard screw base)
• Wattage: 5W – 9W LED
• Bulb Features Required: Must be a Dimmable 3-Color LED bulb (2700K–6500K) with an integrated driver that supports stepless dimming and 3 color-temperature toggling.

If you experience flickering, non-responsive touch controls, or failure to light up, it is almost always caused by using an incompatible bulb. Please check the following:

• Wrong Voltage (Most Common): Verify that the bulb is rated DC 12V. Standard household high-voltage bulbs (110V/120V or 220V) will not work with this lamp's power adapter.
• Dimmable Driver Support: Ensure the LED bulb includes an integrated driver specifically design for dimming and 3-color temperature toggling. Non-dimmable 12V bulbs will flicker or fail to change colors.

No. We strongly recommend using only compatible DC 12V dimmable 3-color LED bulbs (5W–9W) as specified above.

• Incandescent bulbs generate excess heat that can damage the internal touch-sensor components.
• Standard smart bulbs or high-voltage AC bulbs are incompatible with the lamp's DC 12V power setup and built-in stepless touch-dimming circuitry.

The TL10 lamp features two independent light sources designed for different lighting needs:

Main Top Bulb (360° Touch Control): Touch any metal surface on the base (front, back, or sides) to operate the main top bulb.

• Short Tap: Cycles through the light modes in sequence: Color 1 → Color 2 → Color 3 → OFF.
• Long Press: Steplessly adjusts brightness (10%–100%) for the currently selected color mode.

Middle Accent Light (Button Control): Operated via the dedicated physical button on the base.

• Short Press: Cycles through color modes and turns the base light ON/OFF.
• Long Press: Steplessly adjusts brightness for the base light.

Yes, the lamp features a Brightness Memory Function.

What it remembers: The lamp retains your customized brightness level.

Color Selection: Because the touch control operates on a sequence cycle (cycling through light modes to turn off), you can easily select your preferred color temperature by tapping to your desired shade when you turn the lamp back on.

This is standard for the TL10's quick‑cycle touch interface. Tapping the base cycles through the available color temperatures before cycling to OFF. Once you reach your preferred color, simply long‑press to dim or brighten it—the lamp will remember that brightness level the next time you switch back to that mode!
